Well, well, well. My computer’s blown a gasket, so last week’s show wasn’t the inaugural Thursday jumpoff I had planned. We’re all set for this week however!
To my count Yellowtail has 8 releases out alone this year. You may have noticed them in our playlists going all crackheaded. EPs, remixes, 12″s. In a bout of craziness distributors gave us two of his tracks this week – the one featured above is a candidate for single of the year, the Arch-Typ remix in particular is unbelievable!
Scandanavia came strong this week – new stuff from Dutch beatmakers Sir OJ, HayZee, and F.S. Green (check their free beat tapes), Danish group Koen, NAS (!!!), Rustie, Zomby, Samiyam, Jose James, FlyLo, Kissey Asplund, Harmonic 313, plus the return of Roots Manuva.
