Well, well, well. My computer’s blown a gasket, so last week’s show wasn’t the inaugural Thursday jumpoff I had planned. We’re all set for this week however!

To my count Yellowtail has 8 releases out alone this year. You may have noticed them in our playlists going all crackheaded. EPs, remixes, 12″s. In a bout of craziness distributors gave us two of his tracks this week – the one featured above is a candidate for single of the year, the Arch-Typ remix in particular is unbelievable!

Scandanavia came strong this week – new stuff from Dutch beatmakers Sir OJ, HayZee, and F.S. Green (check their free beat tapes), Danish group Koen, NAS (!!!), Rustie, Zomby, Samiyam, Jose James, FlyLo, Kissey Asplund, Harmonic 313, plus the return of Roots Manuva. I just took a peek over at the Raw Fusion website, in particular their roster of artists. They’ve worked with practically all upcoming and big names in the scene over the last few years – what a label…

so of course we get into some of their stuff: Sygaire’s ‘Barracuda’ killed it! plus huge remix of Lee McDonald, new Quantic, more J Davey, exciting stuff from 2000 Black (congrats on 10 years), a new Spoonface remix, Atjazz have a great new LP, and some goodness from the Raw Fusion Allstars.
